The journey then takes you to the wild dunes of Chigaga, one of Morocco’s most unspoilt deserts. On camelback or in a 4×4, you will experience total immersion in the immensity of the Sahara, among golden dunes, infinite silence and unforgettable starry nights.
The return journey to Marrakech takes you through sumptuous landscapes: Lake Iriki, ancient nomadic trails, the legendary UNESCO-listed ksar of Aït Benhaddou, and the superb Ounila Valley. Once in Marrakech, you will enjoy a guided tour to explore its historical and cultural treasures, from palaces to colourful souks. This tour is a clever mix of discovery, adventure, culture and relaxation, ideal for lovers of authenticity and wide open spaces.

Tour Plan
Arrival at Marrakech airport and warm welcome by our team. Transfer to your accommodation in the heart of the city. Enjoy a free evening to rest or take a first stroll through the bustling streets of the medina, soaking in the aromas of spices, the vibrant colors of the souks, and the unique atmosphere of the Red City. Overnight stay in Marrakech.
Depart from Marrakech, crossing the scenic High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass. Stop in Ouarzazate, the “Gateway to the Desert,” before following the Draa Valley with its endless palm groves and ancient kasbahs. Arrival in Agdz, a peaceful village surrounded by lush landscapes. Dinner and overnight stay in Agdz.
Journey south through Zagora, then off-road towards the majestic dunes of Chigaga. Witness the transition from lush oases to vast desert landscapes. Upon arrival, enjoy a camel ride to admire the sunset over the golden dunes. Evening under the stars in a nomadic-style desert camp with traditional dinner.
After sunrise in the desert, travel across the wild landscapes of Lake Iriki and follow the old Paris-Dakar route. Continue to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Aït Benhaddou, a breathtaking ksar famous for its earthen architecture and movie appearances. Dinner and overnight stay in Aït Benhaddou.
Morning visit of Aït Benhaddou, then drive through the beautiful Ounila Valley, scattered with ancient villages and kasbahs. Cross the High Atlas Mountains once more, arriving in Marrakech by evening. Free time to explore or relax. Overnight stay in Marrakech.
Discover the treasures of Marrakech with a professional guide: the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, Majorelle Garden, and the famous Jemaa el-Fna square.
